  • March 14, 2019 – Upcoming monthly maintenance downtime

    TIDE/Test Delivery System/AIRWays Reporting/ORS/AVA/DEI Monthly maintenance windows begin Saturday, 6:00am PT, pending any issues with system testing completing Sunday, 6:00am PT.

    Upcoming downtimes:
    • March 16–17, 2019
    • May 18–19, 2019
    • June 15–16, 2019

  • February 28, 2019 – Upcoming AIR system downtime reminder

    The Test Delivery System has a scheduled downtime all day on Friday, March 1 to prepare for the opening of Smarter Balanced Summative Assessment.

    The Practice and Training tests and all other AIR systems will remain available during this downtime.

    Additional dates for downtime for the Test Delivery System are listed below:

    April 12, 2019 – all day downtime to deploy WCAS Grade 5 and 8 test

    May 3, 2019 – all day downtime to deploy WCAS High School test

  • February 25, 2019 – AIR now supports Chrome OS 72.0.3626.117

    AIR now supports Chrome OS 72 for online state testing. When updating Chrome OS please make sure to use the latest release - Chrome OS 72.0.3626.117, which has the fix for the issue from the previous release.

  • February 14, 2019 – ELPA21 extension to test window

    The ELPA21 test window has been extended and will now close on Friday, March 29. This extension applies to all districts. Materials for ELPA21 must be prescheduled for pick up by no later than April 5, even if your district is on break at this time.

    The WIDA Alternate ACCESS test window remains unchanged and closes on March 22. Materials return for WIDA will remain March 29.

  • February 13, 2019 – AIR does not currently support Chrome OS 72

    AIR is working closely with Google to address an issue with Chrome OS 72 that prevents AIR from supporting it for online testing. Until this issue is resolved, AIR is asking all Chromebook users to hold off on updating their devices to the newest version if they have not already.
